Out of the Cold Warming Centre
What is the purpose of a warming centre?
Warming centres give those who are vulnerable and may be experiencing homelessness a safe, warm indoor place to rest and access snacks, washroom facilities and referrals to other service providers.

- Warming Shelter is located at the HOPE Centre on Victoria Ave.
- Situated across the street from Fort Frances Clinic.
- Closest intersection is at Victoria Ave and Church St.
- Currently the warming centre has the capacity for 15 overnight guests.
Hours of Operation
From Mid November – End of April
8:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Doors lock for the night at 11:00 p.m.
