Five-year Strategic Plan will guide priorities for even greater impact

The District of Rainy River Services Board (DRRSB) is developing a new Strategic Plan. This Plan will guide our direction for the next five years so we can address the community’s most pressing needs and make an even greater impact.

Housing Services Corporation (HSC) has been retained to support the DRRSB in this important work. Since opening its doors in 2002, HSC has worked with Ontario’s 1,400+ community housing providers and 47 Service Managers to help them make the best use of their resources by providing a range of programs and services customized to the community housing sector.

Why we’re doing this

The DRRSB is responsible for providing Children’s Services, Paramedic Services, Housing Services and Ontario works.

Our goal is to develop a comprehensive Strategic Plan that:

• Establishes our mission, vision, values and service principles
• Maximizes our assets
• Articulates the long-term direction and aspiration for all service areas so we can most effectively deliver programs and services.
