Meetings of the DRRSB are conducted in a hybrid format (virtual and in person). Members of the public who wish to observe a meeting are asked to RSVP in advance by contacting connect@rrdssab.ca no later than 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Board meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month, unless otherwise indicated.

Delegations

If an individual or group would like to address the Board about a matter within the Board’s jurisdiction, they may request to appear as a delegation. Requests must be submitted in writing by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Monday of the week before the meeting. For example, if the meeting is on Thursday, December 19, the request must be submitted by Monday, December 9.
