Human Resources Overview
Human Resources provides a broad range of HR functions and services in the areas of labour relations including, collective & staff agreements, recruitment and selection, performance management, job evaluations, compensation and benefits administration, occupational health and safety including disability management, leave management and Return to Work programs, Board administration, and the corporations accessibility and privacy obligations.
Human Resources is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures, job descriptions, the management of HR data, personnel files and general employment inquiries.
