Meetings of the DRRSB are conducted in a hybrid format (virtual and in person). Members of the public who wish to observe a meeting are asked to RSVP in advance by contacting connect@rrdssab.on.ca no later than 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Board meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month, unless otherwise indicated.

Petitions and Communications

Every petition and communication to the Board must be legible, signed and received by the Corporate Secretary-Treasurer no later than seven days prior to the meeting at which it will be presented or discussed.

Delegations or persons desiring to present information on matters of fact or to make a request of the Board may be heard by permission of the Chair and will be limited to speaking no more than ten (10) minutes, during which time the presenters will confine their remarks to the submission.  Additional time may be allocated at the discretion of the Chair upon receipt of the request and setting of the agenda, or at the discretion of the board during the meeting.
